Description Responsible for export documentation and data for all shipments. Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations, Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations, Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports - import, Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions, to be sure that Documents of exported shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations, Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs, Counsel clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas
Qualifications To process orders for factory and prepare goods for shipment, using the best, most economical packaging. Sea ,land Transportation, warehousing, or distribution of goods tracking shipments, working with clients and categorizing shipments, Import, export money and banking Knowledge, following up accounts receivables

Other Skills Very good computer user, able to issue reports on Excel sheets
