Description Lead the quality team to achieve the Groups vision and objectives Apply occupational safety and health standards. Set quality policies and strategies and formulate their objectives and development programs to achieve the Groups vision and objectives. Review the skills of personnel working in quality department and set training plans to raise their skills and coordinate the implementation with the HR Department. Encourage quality workers to participate in continuous improvement, ideas and innovation. Review the periodic evaluation of the performance of quality workers. Follow-up calibration and inspection of quality control devices and equipment to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of quality control processes. Setting quality control systems on the incoming materials of the factory and following up their implementation to ensure compliance of the raw materials supplied to the specifications. Setting quality control systems on the parts manufactured on the production lines and following up their implementation to ensure conformity of the parts manufactured to the specifications.
Qualifications Education: a high scientific qualification is appropriate. Previous experience: Practical experience in similar field for at least 10 years. Special abilities: English and computer proficiency.
