Description To scrutinize of the whole manufacturing process from raw material receipt until dispatch of finished goods; review for potential threats to product quality. To anticipate quality control steps at every production stage before doubtful or defective product gets rejected by QC department, with the objective to extend quality control responsibility to the production team, maximize control coverage and minimize off-spec product. To make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collect and interpret data from other technical and operating staff involved. To communicate and participate in system and process troubleshooting with support team members
Qualifications Degree in process, Science - Chemistry Section or equivalent is required Business understanding of operations and their impacts essential High level of PC skills required Self starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, pragmatic approach, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
