Description Responsible for B2B sales, the role has to lead, manage, coach and inspire a sales team consisting of Field Based Account Managers, to: - Develop and maximize Revenue for new and existing customers in line with Shell HSSE and Business policy and principles - Deliver Egypt B2B Vision by 2018, which requires significant volume growth and professionalism improvement over the next few years as measured by the Sales 1st KPIs - In conjunction with Technical implement defined and agreed B2B strategy - Utilize Global CVPs to achieve financial targets and Sales, Marketing and Technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Maximize time spent coaching and joint prospecting to develop sales team into a world class sales professionals admired by customers - Deliver agreed Sales, Technical and Marketing Action Plans Agree, monitor and achieve sales team targets for both new and existing customers and be accountable for the overall team performance: - Financial performance indicators: Volume, Proceeds,Credit DSO - Sales Productivity performance indicators: Pipeline Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time, Customer Churn and Revenue per Sales Account Manager.

Qualifications - Solid experience in B2B sales business - Proven track record in coaching, leading and inspiring teams - Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

Other Skills Aggressively grow the Lubricants business, delivering against targets and "turning around the business where profitability is insufficient. Ensure the team operates within agreed strategy and guidelines, and uses agreed processes and tools. Migrate sales approach from "product and price to selling "brand and value led CVPs.
