Job Description | • Preparing and following up hiring & termination procedures, orientation of newly hired/ promoted employees according to Egyptian labor law and Novartis guidelines • Preparing definite contracts renewals on regular basis according to set timelines. • Monitoring employee’s attendance and different types of leaves. • Archiving Personnel files and documents according to Egyptian labor law and Novartis guidelines. • Applying Egyptian Labor Law and Novartis regulations. • Ensuring that all governmental procedures {Social insurance form (1), form (2), form (6), form 4 labor office complains, etc.} are established, signed and submitted according to standard timelines. • Preparing and ensuring proper review & implementation of monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions (hires, termination, leaves, loans, overtime, penalties, incentive, bonuses, awards -----, etc), based on received regular inputs from different stakeholders according to payroll cycles timelines. • Preparing Company cars disposals assets for completed car cycles, promoted/resigned employees, and completing cycles with different Departments. • Recording and updating employees' information on HR Core system, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations. • Maintaining and updating HR Core system and payroll records and database. • Sharing common practices with employees, and updating HR guidelines • Responding to staff inquiries and requirements regarding policies, procedures and programs, HR Letters, etc….. • Preparing, updating, maintaining a variety of forms, reports, lists and files according to established policies, procedures, regulations; verify HR systems database as necessary to assure completeness and accuracy. • Providing analytical data as requested by management |
Minimum requirements | Bachelor degree Languages: English Experience: 2-3 years’ experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. |
