Description Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems; determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) and advise staff on appropriate action. Perform hardware and software installations. Work one-on-one with staff on application projects. Document resolutions for future reference. Provide computer orientation to new factorys staff. Carry out installations and configurations Plan and carry out release changes and various measures such as installations of references and support packages
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Information System,Computer Science. 1-2 years of experience in the same field. Familiar with ticketing system. Certified in any of (CCNA -N+- MCSA- MCSE- Programming). Excellent command of English.
