Description Install new Databases instances Maintain and support database engines. Identify problem root causes, and propose solutions Database Tuning and performance. Backup and restore operations for databases. Manage internal and external customer Installing Operating System ( Windows 2008-2012). Including all components, subsystems and system design. Prepared installation schedules. Reviewed technical proposals. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs of system operation verification. Responds to client inquiries concerning operation systems and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operation problems. Solve technical problems during installation due to lake of preparation and improper planning. Diagnose and repair machines/system Software using standard technique in case of failure condition in a timely manner.

Qualifications BSc. of Computer Science. - OCP Certificate is an Asset - Be aware of customer operating system, Hardware configuration, network setup and major - Software applications priorities. - Project Management - Completes projects on time and budget. - Technical Skills - Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.
