Description Assure products and process compliance to required specifications by monitoring and improving process capability to sustain final product quality Assure that QMS complies and fulfill IATF 16949, through effective internal audits, LPAs, etc and undertaking corrective actions and improvement Develop, implement and follow-up on BIQS, MMOGLE, ANPQP, NSA, PSO and other customers QMS Review and amendment to QMS to improve and ensure suitability of quality objectives, procedures, Instructions, standards and specifications, prepare management reviews and improvements opportunities Lead the resolution of all issues and warranty claims with appropriate problem solving and fast response to customer notifications and other requested reports Implementing the Iso 14001 certification requirements and Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety looking at ways to reduce rework, scrap, downtime and waste and increase efficiency; how to improve process CpK and performance

Qualifications Proven experience as quality manager in Automotive Industry Field Expert in Development, Planning & Implementing of QMS as per IS0:9001 IATF 16949 Qualified training on Automotive Quality requirements and tools such as Process controls Audit, Error Proofing, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, PSO, BIQS, QSB, FMEA etc Certification of Lead Auditor in ISO9001:2015, Certified Trainer Aptitude for analysis problem solving; organizing and planning Communication, interpersonal skills, & team working Proficient in MS Office, Minitab, Q-Das, Statistical Process Controls Tools BSc/ Ba in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field, Quality Management Diploma, Automotive QMS Training
