Description To support the regulatory function, with strong communication and language skills, ensure good relations with the Stock Exchange, governmental bodies, other departments, and stakeholders, provide relevant competitive intelligence and decision support to department head, and ensure assistance is undertaken in the most efficient and effective way possible. 1. Support regulatory function using resource expertise. 2. Ensure meticulous sense of numbers, good analysis and report on key data for regulatory department and outcomes of relevant laws in accordance with corporate governance requirements, ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and processes are complied with. 3. Have very good relations and experience with governmental bodies including but not limited to GAFI, MCDR, Commercial Register, lawyer Syndications. 4. Contribute towards the development of company specific plans and processes, aligned with other department. 5. Monitor and analyses department costs for new and ongoing projects according to established corporate procedures and requirements. 6. Where necessary, deliver core administrative services, working with contractors and following standard processes. 7. Collate and analyses data for the preparation of accurate and timely reporting, in order to provide management with required information to enable them to make informed decisions. 8. Track and analyses new regulations to identify opportunities in order to minimize company risks, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of department, and ensure services are aligned with business objectives. 9. Guide and supervise more junior staff, acting as a point of referral and supporting them with more complex analysis and queries. 10. Perform other duties as required. 11. Young active and energetic, able to travel within Egypt to complete assigned tasks. 12. Strong understanding of local laws and overview of international compliance practices.

Qualifications - University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields (English Section is preferred). - Fluency in both oral and written English and Arabic languages. - At least four years of progressively responsible professional experience in related fields (Regulatory, Shareholders Relations, External Relations, legal affairs) - Proficiency with Microsoft excel, word, power point, SAP is an asset. - Candidate must possess a strong interpersonal competency, communication skills and high collaboration with other departments team members and other stakeholders. - Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, develop innovative solutions and build effective business relationships quickly - Communicates in an open, candid and consistent manner. - Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work in a dynamic environment. This role demands a can-do attitude and a willingness to go beyond the call of duty to be able to contribute to growth of this function.
