Description Establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity. Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR. Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the Group organization. Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the companys internal IT systems and their documentation. Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces. Defining, implementing and ensuring in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection. Ensuring that these are implemented in subordinate organizational units. Ensuring and implementing preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management. Specifying OEDM targets. Creating, adapting and ensuring an optimum quality and food safety system (hygiene concept, HACCP, etc.). Planning and supporting certification audits, documenting the results and tracking measures from audit reports. Developing measures for error prevention in close cooperation with Group Quality.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science in a related discipline (Chemistry, agriculture, pharmacy) 5-7 years of experience in quality systems preferably in a food manufacturing field. Excellent command of English language. SAP experience is a plus. Leadership skills.
