Description Surveys daily the site and prepares reports for management plus feedback on the contractors, subcontractors Supervises and advises on the construction site, the subcontractors, and other related workman on site Responsible for conducting progress meeting with the company and the contractors. Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensures the quality standards of the site Ensures that all materials used and works performed are as per specifications and immediately reports for poor quality or missing items Checks on the price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the project Manages and monitors on a daily bases, the contract design documents and reports any discrepancies to the respective contractor or subcontractor. Any changes needs to be in agreement with the architect responsible for the project Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project on a daily bases Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws Plans the work and efficiently organizes the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines Oversees quality control, health and safety matters on site Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Qualifications Experience in similar role in large scale projects is a must. proficient user in engineering software ( AutoCAD , Primavera and Revit ) Very good at English. Strong analytical skills.
