Qualifications 1- The ability to think logically. 2- A good memory of how software and operating systems work. 3- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with employees to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. 4- Problem solving skills. 5- Attention to detail. 6- CCNA is a plus.
