Description 1- Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales strategy
2- Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
3- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
4- Set clear team goals.
5- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
6- Oversee day-to-day operation.
7- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
8- Motivate team members.
9- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
10- Listen to team members� feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Qualifications 1- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives. 2- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. 3- Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4- Organizational and time-management skills. 5- Decision-making skills.
