Description 1-Support HR officers & manager in all HR related matters
 2-Responsible for performing the administrative/Hr clerical work; e.g. social insurance, medical insurance, on-boarding activities, etc.
 3-Response to all staff inquiries in regards to leave records, entitlements, payroll, policies & procedures, etc.
 4-Maintain a solid and organized filing system to all staff personal files, memos, letters, etc.
 5-Redirect HR related issues and correspondences to the respective team member
 6-Involve in the recruitment process; sourcing, interviews arrangements, shortlisting, preparing reports and assist the on-boarding process
 7-Liaise with other interrelated departments (accounts, purchasing, legal,etc.)
 8-Assist the supervisors & managers during the performance appraisal.
 9-Support other functions as necessary

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role very good at English language Bachelors degree, HR diploma is an advantage Self-starter and reliable Proactive Good team player and adaptable
