Description Prepares all the monthly Financial Closing packages.
Prepares the initial monthly breakdowns of Revenues, Expenses, Other Income, Sales volume and Production volume in comparison to Master & Flexible Budgets.
Reviews the recorded figures on the system before preparing the packages to get the most accurate data before presenting the results to top Management.
Recommends corrective adjustments for errors or missing data at accounting allocations & follow up at next closing.
Provides Ad-hoc reports that involve further Cause & Effect analysis according to the case.
Supports preparation of business management reports with the required charts or graphs for presentations.
Tabulates statistical data for miscellaneous reports.
Responsible for delivering the closing packages to each profit center controller & meet their initial inquiries.
Maintains a full Historical Trend set of reports per company (i.e. Balance sheets, Income Statements, Expenses Breakdowns, Sales Breakdowns & Financial Ratios).
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting- English Section 2-3 years of experience preferably in cost accounting in industrial sector or at one of the big 4 Auditing firms. Very good user of Microsoft office applications Excellent user of Excel Familiarity with ERP system preferably SAP
