Description 1. Control and manage project(s) received from the sales person by reviewing and managing Project tender and contract, costing and compliance sheet, Project risk, budget, factory P.O, units specification, time schedule, contractual, commercial and payment terms.
2. Conduct internal and external kick off meetings to review the background of the project/client, project scope and approach, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints�etc.
3. Conduct site survey with the Project Engineer and Site Supervisor to issue reports to the Sales Support to ensure that drawing is matching the site shafts and to the Customer to be informed of all the requirements (work by other).
4. Inspect and audit sites to ensure minimum TK safety requirements with Project Engineer/Manager and site supervisor (Pre-Site Check) to ensure that site match with safety aspects and generate a report to the customer with any missing items "If any�.
5. Follow up with the Sales Department the advance payment /LC to start the manufacturing process.
6. Generate program of work and submit it to the client after NI Manager approval showing all milestones to accomplish the project.
7. Follow up contract obligation regarding work execution period.
8. Material delivery based on the feedback taken from Sales
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Engineering. - Professional certificate in project management i.e. PMP is a plus, highly regarded. - +7 years of experience with same field and background. - Able to manage, organize and liaise with multiple departments and team members. - Able to provide strong analytical data. - Strong business/financial acumen and negotiating skills.
