Description Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
Able to convince the customer and make in direct marking activities.
Qualifications BS. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical is preferable) +4 years of experience in the same field. Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw is plus.
