Description Customer
- Timely achievement of customers requirements regarding: new developments, daily delivery, ppm,
warranty, packaging, records.. etc
- Responsible for new development & implementation to all products based on customer
specifications and ensure full implementation throughout the organization
Operations
- Production planning, facilities planning and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet customers
orders
- Deploy strategies to reduce rework, scrap, downtime and waste and increase efficiency and
effectiveness of processes
- Comply to IATF technical specification standard and procedures to improve the QMS
Resources management
- Fully utilize equipment capacity and ensures their timely maintenance performed
- Monitor Stock Control, Place orders and shipments arrival follow up to ensure no stock outs and
production disruption
- Empower, train and delegate to machining technicians on shifts responsibilities and accountability.
Qualifications - BSC Mechanical Engineering, automotive, Industrial engineering and quality. - 5 YRS experience in CNC metal working machine tools - ISO Internal Auditor qualification - Experienced in Automotive industry or feeding Industries - Experience in Metal working & CNC machining, Automotive standards, QA Core tools, Industrial Engineering - Communication, interpersonal skills, & team working - Numerical and statistical ability, Software Minitab, CAD/CAM & Q-charts
