Description - Oversee the assembly production operations.
- Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
- Adapt to a fast paced environment, competent and comprehend complex operations.
- Optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
- Ensure production processes deliver products of maximum quality, on time, in a profitable manner.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees targeting quality
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications Qualifications - Engineering graduate (Production, Industrial, Mechatronics or Mechanical ) - Ideally 4-5 years experience in assembly lines (Home appliances - Heaters or cookers) with knowledge of assembly line metrics, parameters and productivity optimization technique from a reputable university - Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools - Advanced skills in MS Office - ERP systems knowledge is a plus - Organizational and leadership abilities - Communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Problem-solving skills - Must be able to analyze information/data and report results - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Strong organizational skills - knowledge of English - Eye for detail - Able to work well within a team
