Description - Preparing & Recording over time hours to be added to employees salaries.
- Preparing weekly, monthly & annually loans for company employees.
- Responsible for issuing HR Letters for both governmental authorities & private agencies i.e.: Labor Office & Social Insurance Authorities.
- Providing in all weekly & monthly reports on all issues related to payroll process.
- Permanent registering for all salary structure & salary transaction for issuing salaries cheque.
- Responsible for penalties records.
- Responsible for salary reconciliation.
- Able to cover the payroll department duties and tasks, if necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications very good speaking and written for English language good user for Microsoft office
