Send Purchase Orders to Supplier(s) by Email/Fax.
Update Purchase orders with Order confirmation/supplier acknowledgment and actual dates.
Follow up with suppliers and confirm delivery dates on due dates.
Coordinate with other teams for material shipping.
Resolve Purchase orders/Invoices Discrepancies on SAP/others platforms.
