Description - Generate business and new opportunity for the company. - Achieve individual and company goals and objectives .
- Sales forecasting and follow up. - Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales through monthly follow up with the relevant product manager to monitor product performance and progress.
- Assist and participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars, symposia, and ensure successful execution.
- Handle MR and customers problem solving efficiently and effectively.
- Build strong and long term relationship with customers and respond to their needs.
- Prepare and submits periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales growth, daily and monthly reports on activities, visits, competitor, sales achievement to Sales Manager.
- Conduct coaching reports and deliver it to Sales Manager.
- Effective management performance of MRs by regularly reviewing performance management plans.
- Implement performance improvement plan when needed. - Follow up on training needs and implementation to ensure that knowledge is well digested for MR - Develop a training needs analysis with each MR based on the performance and competency needed to the job.
Qualifications BSc. Pharmacy, Vet. Excellent in English. Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
