Description - Responsible for creating policies & procedures, writing job descriptions
- Supervise recruitment and selection process for staffing
- Supervise issuing memos, HR letters and Admin Letter for HR Department
- Supervise HR team in handling operational tasks (Attendance, annual leaves, missions and permission, employees file hard and soft copies, issuing IDs & business cards
- Supervise issuing Forms 1, 2 & 6 and handle tasks related to social insurance office
- Supervise employment Contract renewal process and resignations process
- Responsible for implementing disciplinary actions according to Egyptian law
- Carries out all Company recruitment activities and all regulatory tasks for hiring new staff.
- Find diverse ways to attract candidates, Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree Experience in the same position
