Description - Being the focal point between client and Agency.
- Meet regularly with clients for projects updates, special requests or new briefs.
- Managing field team and communicate clients request to them promptly.
- Setting project timeline for smooth operation.
- Managing data entry team and distributing work equally on team to meet agreed deadlines.
- Revising and reviewing data and making sure of its accuracy before sending to client.
- Having regular market visits to check on the field team.
- Coordinating with finance team for follow ups and issuing quotations and invoices.
- Run Training presentation, when needed to subordinates.
- Representing the clients or organisations interests
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Reporting to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluating the success of the project against its bench marking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organisations or project managers.
