IT Operations Team Leader For Union Group

Union Group is Hiring " IT Operations Team Leader": About the job: • Develop and maintain the operations model based on business needs. • Provide suitable solutions for any application issue as per agreed on SLA and task criticality. • Participate with the Head of IT in establishing the IT strategic plan as well as the annual budget in line with company strategies. • Develop the IT operational plans according to a specialized area. • Establish the IT Budget in line with the AOP • Conduct deals with suppliers to achieve the company requirements of (H/W) components (PCs, laptops, Servers, Printers, Etc.….) and ensure an uninterrupted business operation. • Develop & maintain the IT-related policies & procedures in line with Group IT Policies & Procedures. • Ensure EUC components 99.6% availability. • Provide proper dispatching and service catalog processes to ensure proper business operations and minimal interruptions Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. • 5 -7 years of experience • Cloud architecture is a must • MBA is a plus • ITIL V3 is a must If you are interested, kindly send your updated resume to including " Job title" in the subject.
