Support & Product knowledge Specialist For Fawry Plus


Fawry Plus is hiring Support & Product knowledge Specialist : *Location Smart Village Duties & Responsibilities: • Handle Fawry plus branches complaints (Payment & Technical complaints) • Review new POS software release and deliver it to the branches for installation • Review new Fawry plus services and prepare & update product knowledge material • Handle the relation between Fawry plus branches and the Fawry first level support team • Handle Fawry plus customers complains received through Fawry call center • Handle Credit cards configuration • Handle with Fawry warehouse to replace damaged spare part (POS, Adaptor, Battery etc.) • Provide branches employees technical training sessions on Fawry system • Attend Fawry Plus new services product knowledge training sessions conducted by Fawry Plus clients and transfer the knowledge to retail staff Requirements: • Bachelor degree of Commerce or equivalent • 1-3 years of experience • Ability to work under pressure • Quick learner and has attention to details • Very good communications skills • Ability to deliver product knowledge training Interested candidates may send their updated cvs to: , quoting the Job title in the email subject
