#HR_Internship Dabur Egypt LTD - World largest Ayurveda company hashtag#HR_Trainee is required for a paid internship at Dabur Egypt LTD to be involved in the following projects: Talent acquisition: Conduct End to end cycle of talent acquisition starting by Indent form, Create pool of calibers, Screen & Arrange first & final / technical interviews until selection & hiring then conduct orientation program. Present the ORG in the job fairs, promote the company reputation, and boost the EVP strategy. Assist in HR cycle & workflow using the latest technology in the market. On boarding cycle Training and development & OD Contact & assess the best training vendors & conduct comparatives to ensure the best vendor for execution the training. Arrange with the staff the proposed training & make sure of efficient conduction. Analyze the training surveys to develop the training program and the trainers. Assist in prepare the quarterly training plan, make visits to the trainers in the sessions conducted. Assist in projects of training learning academy Review and update the JD’s and ensure of compatibility of the JD’s with the current jobs.
