IT Specialist Job Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of proven experience as IT Specialist. - Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field. - Good command of English language. - Good knowledge in Microsoft products (Windows - Office). - Good knowledge in Active directory and file server implementation. - Good knowledge in Cisco and networking (Managed and unmanaged switches). - Good knowledge in firewall management. - Preferred certificates : CCNA - MCSA, ITIL is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
