Job for Trucking and Land Transportation Company Coordinator operations / Logistics About the Job • Follow-up customer requests and meet their needs • Follow the movement of drivers from the places of shipping to the places of discharge • Prepare daily reports on the movement of Trucks • Follow-up maintenance of Trucks in the workshop • Monitor Trucks via GPS • Follow-up renewal of Trucks and drivers licenses • Provide Trucks and equipment required to carry out tasks as directed • Supervise the processing of supplies and supplies of the movement of Trucks and drivers and provide their requirements • Examination of Trucks to make sure they are fit to do the work required of them • Making full reports on the movement of Trucks and equipment And their whereabouts • Coordination with the workshops for the maintenance required • Coordination with the competent departments on the provision of drivers • University/College degree preferred. Experience in: • Land transportation knowledge with a 1 year industry experience or corresponding operations experience in the tank container industry; • Prepare accurate reports for upper management • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements • Follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement.
