Cairo 3A Poultry is looking to hire immediately the below position: Position name: hashtag#HR_Specialist. Position code: HRS001 Work Location: Wahat Oases (400 KM from Cairo) Requirements: ·Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation. ·Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system. ·Maintaining Employees Data on Success factors ( adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes) ·Handling both the hiring and resignation process. ·Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. ·Monitor manpower plan & ideal crew for all farms. ·Conduct an exit interview with employees. ·Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Gender: Male only. Working days : 20 days in location. Days off: 10 days. Benefits: 1- Transportation allowance 2-Accommodation.
