Experience from 2 to 4 years in facility services is amust
Preferred age from 25 to 30 years old
Bachelor of any degree
Excellent communication skills
Excellent handling tough situations
Very good command of Microsoft excel and word
Good data entry skills
Main responsibilities:
- Play a vital role between client orders and technicians
-Attend to requests directed through the switchboard and/or email.
- Record Client and system fault requests on the system accurately.
- Follow-up with clients and engineers/technicians regarding job cards issued.
- Ensuring that the work request is completed.
- Dealing with invoices between clients and company
