Egyptian Kuwait Foundry EKF is hiring: Maintenance Manager.
Objectives / Summary of Job Tasks:
– Managing all aspects pertaining maintenance department, to ensure the supply of services at maximum quality, minimum time and minimum cost to achieve the production plan under the company quality Standards & regulations.
– Guarantee the stability & continuous maintenance of all factory equipment to prevent & solve any problem could occur to the factory equipment / machinery or building using external support if needed.
– Understanding and follow the company’s challenges and internal process indicators and targets.
– Understand, communicate and follow the company’s environmental requirements and company safety regulations.
Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
– Responsible to manage all maintenance operations to ensure the continuity of the production process and safety.
– Responsible to solve any Maintenance problem could lead to production stoppage or affect quality.
– Responsible to maintain all tools and equipment of the plant in good conditions.
– Responsible to evaluate and estimate costs and feasibility for renovation and alterations.
– Responsible to ensure highest quality levels and ensures target achievement.
– Responsible for new constructions.
– Responsible for maintenance store.
Job Specifications / Qualifications:
• Education: BSC. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Management experience with industrial background minimum 15 years.
• Specific Knowledge / Skills: English language, computer Skills, Managerial and leadership skills.
