Compensation & Benefits Supervisor For ALarabia group

Alarabia Group hiring a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor With the following requirements:
Proven experience as payroll supervisor /compensation and benefits supervisor .
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of and regulations of the field.
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to details.
Excellent communication skills.
BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field or equivalent.
Location: 10th of Ramadan
