Plastic injection Engineer For AFRAA

 

we are hiring Plastic injection Engineer
Prepare plans and operation programs for all plastic production machines
Handling the daily production process and all the related activities.
Follow up on the implementation of work orders in accordance with the plan approved by the plastic department manager.
Preparing production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions.
Implement and follow regular preventive maintenance procedures for all machines.
Allocates day to day manpower for different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues
Evaluate the operator’s performance.
Providing supervisors and technicians with the information necessary to raise their technical and administrative competence.
Giza/ 6th of October Residency is preferred.
Bachelor of Engineering (Specialized in Mechanics, Electricity)
Knowledge about plastic materials and quality standards
Experience working in manufacturing of Plastic
Experience in operating different plastic machines.
Has to experience in controlling operating conditions.
Has to experience in plastic machines maintenance.
