( Maintenance Team Leader ) USD $7,784 /Per Year

Position Overview: Responsible for supervising a team of six skilled workers handling maintenance, repairs, and daily work orders.

Reporting: Reports directly to the Building Maintenance Engineer and/or Deputy.

Key Duties: Oversee preventive maintenance, ensure timely repairs, and maintain safety standards.

Education Requirement: Completion of at least two years at a technical institute.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction/maintenance and 2 years in a supervisory role.

Language Skills: Good working knowledge of English (Level 3) and fluency in Arabic (Level 4).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and local safety regulations.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant applications.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Background Checks: Candidates must pass security clearance, a medical exam, and background investigations.

Start Date: Must begin work promptly upon receiving all clearances.

Evaluation Process: Includes a skills test and thorough review of qualifications.
