Position:- GL Sr. Accountant
Location:- Wadi Houf
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure monthly reconciliation of all general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring corrections are made in a timely manner.
Oversee and review the preparation of journal entries, ensuring they are in line with accounting policies and procedures.
Supervise the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports required by management and external stakeholders.
Analyze variances in financial reports, providing explanations for deviations from budget or forecast.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and statutory requirements. Ensure internal controls are followed to prevent financial misstatements.
Qualification's:-
Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent
Manufacturing work experience is a must
Demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
Solid experience of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles, and tax
ERP user
