HR Business Partner Trainee
As an HRBP Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Business Partners in delivering a wide range of HR services to our employees.
Responsibilities:
* Assist HR Business Partners in providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers across various departments.
* Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
* Maintain accurate employee tracking and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
* Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
