HR Generalist At Micous

 

We are hiring an HR Generalist!

Location: Maadi, Technology Park
Compensation: Salary up to 24K

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compliance.
Benefits Administration, Training and Development, Compensation and Payroll and Employee Engagement.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and generate reports as needed and assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee-related matters.

Requirements:
Proven 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure
