About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for diverse roles such as Cold Callers, Customer Service Representatives, Business Developers, and Outreach Specialists. The ideal candidate will have native-like English proficiency, a proven ability to recruit across global markets, and at least one year of experience in a talent acquisition role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source top-tier candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with position requirements and company culture.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to shortlist the best-fit candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse talent pools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Native-like proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proven ability to close positions for roles such as Cold Callers, Customer Service, Business Development, and Outreach Specialists.
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, with familiarity with global recruitment practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
