Eva Cosmetics is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity. We are currently seeking a talented “Accounting Manager” to join our dynamic team.
Essential Duties:
- Direct the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external use (budgets, financial center... etc.) and ensure their accuracy and timely preparation.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate financial statement.
- Recommend forecasting requirements and project expenditures to prepare periodic statements and meet financial regulatory requirements.
- Ensures companies' financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers.
- Monitor & assess current practices and procedures for the Accounting department to measure results, and make recommendations for improvements to make them more effective.
- Follow up with the treasury department to ensure that all loaded payments are released on time.
- Supervise tax matters, i.e., VAT / WHT declarations whilst ensuring compliance with guidelines set out by tax authorities.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to guarantee accuracy.
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Accounting
- 15+ years of experience in different Accounting sectors.
- Previous experience in Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical industry.
- Oracle user is preferred.
- People Management Delegation.
- Financial Acumen.
