Position: Internal Auditor
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial audits on expenditures and other financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and proper classification of payments.
• Ensure the implementation of all policies and procedures, reporting any deficiencies to management.
• Analyze financial records to assess the effectiveness of accounting and managerial controls, verify transaction accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and GUC policies.
• Develop and recommend internal auditing policies, performance standards, procedures, and programs.
• Evaluate operational effectiveness and report any discrepancies.
• Propose corrective actions, incorporating feedback from operations and management.
• Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly) for senior management and the Audit Committee, and organize audit committee meetings.
• Work with relevant staff to implement audit recommendations and support operational improvements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit or internal controls.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
