We are hiring “Talent Management Specialist” as per the below criteria;
Job Responsibilities:
. Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees.
. Support the performance management process and development initiatives.
. Collaborate with managers to implement employee development plans.
. Provide data-driven insights to improve talent management strategies.
- Job Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience at least Experience in warehouse management.
· Excellent in English
. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is Preferable.
. Familiarity with HRIS platforms..
. Understanding of advanced sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate selection processes.
· Knowledge of performance appraisal systems, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
· Familiarity with processes to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
· Proficiency in supporting or designing training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
· Performance, employee data, and talent management.
