📍 Location: Elwasta, Egypt
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Innovation Manager to lead and optimize our automated logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate automated logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee inventory, shipping, and distribution handling.
* Maintain and optimize automated storage and retrieval systems.
* Develop strategic plans to drive automation initiatives and enhance supply chain performance.
* Continuously analyze logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Ensure accurate inventory tracking and control using automated systems and software.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
* Identify and resolve issues related to automated logistics systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on automation.
* Strong expertise in logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and automated logistics solutions.
* Ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
* Innovative mindset with a passion for implementing new technologies in logistics.
* Customer-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* English proficiency: Very Good.
