- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience with BTL and Social Media background (preferably in FMCG or a related industry)
- Creative mindset with a strong passion for branding and consumer behavior
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
