Contracts EngineerJob Objective:
Assist in overseeing the entire contract cycle, managing Client relationships, ensuring contract compliance, presenting the company with clients and contractors, and optimizing procurement processes to support the company's operations and profitability.
Job Description:
1. Prepare letters of award for the project contracts.
2. Prepare and review Client and contractor Contracts, claims, and correspondence.
3. Write corresponds with clients & contractors.
4. Participates in preparing proposal presentations to Clients, as deemed necessary.
5. Assist in holding meetings, and writing minutes of meetings.
6. Assist in preparing the Contractor’s and Client’s claims.
7. Establishes and maintains contract records and ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
8. Assist in Reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.
9. Assist in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, industry regulations, and best practices that enable the company to take new investment opportunities.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, contract management practices, and procurement best practices, and share relevant knowledge with the team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and attention to detail skills
