 City Club Sports Management is Hiring:

Job Title: Junior Help Desk - Service

Job Location: City Club - (Shebin El Kom, El Menofyia - Tanta - Banha- Kafr El Sheikh - Luxor - Aswan)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
2. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
3. Follow standard help desk procedures.
4. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
5. Monitor & follow up hardware inventory.
6. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
7. Installing and configuring computer systems
8. Support wireless network and access points.
9. Undertake regular PC health checks to ensure they are tuned and adequate for the required tasks.
10. Ensure all devices are serviceable.

• Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of similar experience, including local and wide area network management.
2. B.Sc. in information management science, computer science, or information engineering.
3. Supervisory Skills and Communication skills.
4. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Attending A+ or Network + Classes.
5. Must be a resident of the city.
6. Training skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
