Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of commerce .
- 1: 3 years of experience ·
_ Preparing statements and accounts.
_ Auditing and evaluating work.
Job Responsibilities:
_ Prepare and record purchase invoices and supplier entitlements, and ensure that invoices match purchase orders and receipts. ·
_Prepare entitlement and disbursement entries for suppliers.
_ Ensure the correct calculation and deduction of taxes in accordance with Egyptian tax law.
_ Preparing and sending approvals and account statements to suppliers.
_ Preparing an analytical statement of the ages of debts owed to suppliers.
_ Preparing special and periodic reports on the unit's work progress and achievements and submitting them to the department head.
