Job Title: Ramp Agent
Location: Cairo Airport
Duties:-
1.Flight Coordination
Monitor arrival and departure schedules.
Ensure the timely assignment of ground handling resources (e.g., fuel, baggage, catering, pushback).
Communicate with the flight deck crew and ground teams for smooth turnaround.
2. Supervision on the Ramp
Oversee all ramp activities during aircraft turnaround (baggage loading/unloading, refueling, catering, etc.).
Ensure that all types of equipment are in place and operating according to schedule and procedure.
Prevent delays by addressing issues as they arise.
3. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Monitor the ramp area for hazards (FOD checks, equipment misuse, etc.).
Ensure compliance with airline, airport, and aviation regulations.
4. Communication
Serve as the key point of contact between ground operations, the airline, and the flight crew.
Update dispatch or operations center on turnaround progress.
Coordinate last-minute requests (e.g., extra cargo, passenger delays, fuel changes).
5. Documentation & Reporting
Complete turnaround checklists.
Report delays, incidents, or irregularities.
Log completed ramp activities and handover details.
Requirements:
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Experience 1-3 years in the same position
• strong English language skills
