Responsibilities:
• Oversee remote teams (Inquiries & bookings).
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Supervise up to 10 team members (training, leave, development).
• Handle escalated issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
