We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, providing insights for senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and support budget preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory and production costs.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance, liaising with external auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
